We have also been voted as 'The Best Salon in Luton' awarded by Three Best rated. Alongside our consecutive awards with Prestige, that are proudly displayed in the salon for everyone to see.
You can book all styling appointments online with ease.
Please note, we do not currently accept colour bookings online. To book a colour service, you will need to call us on 01582 597011.
If you are new to us for colour, or it has been over 12 months since your last colour appointment, you will need to arrange a free colour consultation beforehand. This can be booked online or over the phone.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call the salon directly on 01582 597011. We do not accept cancellations via text or social media. If an appointment is cancelled on the day this will be marked down as a "No Show" and a £10 deposit will be required to secure your next booking, which will be deducted from your final bill.
No-Show Policy:
If your previous appointment was marked as a "No Show" or as a result of an on the day cancellation, a £10 deposit will be required to secure your next booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill. We may also require a deposit or pre payment to some clients who continually cancel appointments. This policy helps us avoid lost time for our team and ensures smooth scheduling.
Head Lice
If head lice or live nits are identified before or during your appointment, we will be unable to carry out any hair service. This policy is in place to protect all of our clients, our team and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene within the salon.
If your appointment is cancelled or stopped due to the presence of head lice, we kindly ask that a treatment is completed before rebooking.
*Please note that for appointments that required a deposit or pre-payment, including but not limited to creative colour services, colour corrections, balayage and other extended appointments, any deposit or pre-payment will be retained if the appointment cannot proceed due to the presence of head lice.
